BT FABRICATION – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Overview
BT Fabrication’s truck bed–mounted light towers are built-to-order, made with custom fabrication, and include electrical components that cannot be resold once installed or shipped.
For this reason, all tower sales are final, and returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged during shipping or contains a verifiable manufacturing defect.

2. All Sales Are Final (Light Towers & Accessories)
Because every tower is fabricated to order and matched to customer specifications, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
• 9-ft Light Towers
• 12-ft Light Towers
• Extreme Light Towers
• Towers sold with FCK, RoadShock, or Nilight lights
• Wiring kits, switches, harnesses, and mounting hardware
• Custom-built tower components
• Any tower that has been installed, mounted, or used

3. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours:
• Fabrication begins
• Materials are allocated
• Labor is scheduled
At that point, the order cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason.

4. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
You must notify BT Fabrication within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
• Photos of the damage
• Photos of packaging (all sides)
• Shipping label photos
• Order name/number
• Description of the issue
Once verified, BT Fabrication will replace the damaged parts.
Refunds will not be issued for shipping carrier damage, but we will assist in filing freight claims.

5. Incorrect Order or Missing Components
If an order arrives incomplete or incorrect:
• Notify BT Fabrication within 72 hours
• Include photos and description of what is missing
• Replacement parts will be shipped promptly at no cost

6. Warranty Returns (Structure Only)
The BT Fabrication warranty applies only to the tower’s structural components.
Warranty does not cover lights—these are covered by the light manufacturer (FCK, RoadShock, Nilight).
Warranty does not cover:
• Improper installation
• Electrical damage
• Vehicle wiring issues
• Misuse or abuse
• Modifications
• Environmental damage
• Operation near power lines
• Damage from unsafe conditions
Approved warranty claims will be repaired or replaced at BT Fabrication’s discretion.

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
• Installed towers
• Painted/powder-coated components
• Custom brackets or mounts
• Electrical components (switches, cords, wiring)
• Light bars
• Lights from any manufacturer
• Any tower or part showing signs of use
• Items damaged due to customer handling

8. Exchanges
Due to the custom build nature of this equipment, BT Fabrication does not offer exchanges for tower models or components.

9. Shipping Responsibility
BT Fabrication is not responsible for:
• Shipping delays
• Lost shipments
• Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
• Customs, import duties, or storage fees for international orders
Once the product leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

10. Customer Responsibility
By purchasing from BT Fabrication, the customer agrees that they are responsible for:
• Ordering the correct model
• Verifying vehicle compatibility
• Ensuring installation is performed by a qualified professional
• Inspecting all components upon delivery
• Safe unloading of freight shipments
