Before You Begin

Before assembling your BT Light Tower™, make sure you:

Read all safety warnings and instructions
Verify all hardware and components are included
Inspect the tower for shipping damage before installation
Confirm your mounting surface and vehicle setup are secure and compatible
Have the proper tools available for installation

Improper installation may result in equipment damage, injury, or reduced performance.

Recommended Installation Notes

For best performance:

Mount the tower on a clean, solid, reinforced surface
Double-check all hardware torque after initial installation
Periodically inspect pulleys, cables, bolts, and moving components
Avoid operating the tower during unsafe weather conditions or high wind situations
Always retract and secure the tower during vehicle transport

Structural Warranty

Two (2) Year Limited Warranty Coverage Includes:

Steel tubing and tower frame
Welded joints
Mounting structure manufactured by BT Fabrication

Mechanical Components Warranty

One (1) Year Limited Warranty Coverage Includes:

Cables
Pulleys
Bearings
Extension and retraction assemblies

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.
