BT FABRICATION – LIMITED WARRANTY

Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Applies To: All BT Fabrication Truck Bed–Mounted Light Towers

1. Warranty Coverage Overview

BT Fabrication LLC (“BT Fabrication”) warrants to the original purchaser that its truck bed–mounted light towers are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations outlined below.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from BT Fabrication or through an authorized dealer.

2. Structural Warranty (Tower Assembly)

BT Fabrication provides a two (2) year limited warranty on the structural components of the light tower, including:

Steel tubing and tower frame
Welded joints
Mounting structure (as manufactured by BT Fabrication)

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and applies under normal operating conditions.

3. Mechanical Components Warranty

BT Fabrication provides a one (1) year limited warranty on mechanical components, including:

Cables
Pulleys
Bearings
Moving assemblies related to extension and retraction

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover wear and tear from normal use.

4. Electrical Components Warranty

BT Fabrication provides a one (1) year limited warranty on electrical components supplied by BT Fabrication, including:

Wiring harnesses
Switches
Electrical connections

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

5. Lighting Components

All lighting products (including but not limited to FCK Light Bars, RoadShock lights, Nilight lights, or any third-party lighting products) are not covered under this warranty.

Lighting components are covered exclusively by their respective manufacturers.

FCK Light Bars are backed by a lifetime warranty provided directly by FCK Light Bars.
All warranty claims, replacements, and service for FCK Light Bars must be handled directly through the manufacturer.

BT Fabrication does not provide or administer warranties for any third-party lighting products.

6. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to damage or failure resulting from:

Improper installation
Incorrect wiring or electrical misuse
Use outside intended purpose
Operation in unsafe conditions
Exposure to extreme weather or environmental conditions
Impact, collision, or physical abuse
Lack of maintenance or inspection
Unauthorized modifications or alterations
Use near overhead power lines or hazardous environments
Overloading or exceeding design limits
Use on vehicles not suitable for the product

Any modification to the product voids this warranty in its entirety.

7. Installation Responsibility

BT Fabrication is not responsible for installation performed by third parties.
Improper installation voids all applicable warranties.

Customers are responsible for ensuring installation is performed by a qualified professional and that the vehicle is capable of safely supporting the product.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BT Fabrication shall not be liable for any:

Indirect damages
Incidental damages
Consequential damages
Loss of income or business
Equipment downtime
Property damage
Personal injury

arising from the use, installation, or inability to use the product.

BT Fabrication’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

9. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, the customer must:

Contact BT Fabrication within the applicable warranty period
Provide proof of purchase
Provide photos and description of the issue
Allow BT Fabrication to evaluate the claim

BT Fabrication reserves the right to:

Repair the product
Replace the defective component
Deny the claim if conditions are not met

All warranty determinations are made at BT Fabrication’s sole discretion.

10. Return of Products for Warranty

If a product or component must be returned:

Return authorization must be provided in advance
Customer is responsible for shipping unless otherwise approved
Product must be returned in original or secure packaging

BT Fabrication is not responsible for damage during return shipping.

11. Transferability

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise approved in writing by BT Fabrication.

12. Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.

13. Changes to Warranty

BT Fabrication reserves the right to update or modify this warranty at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
